You can order securely online, your credit card details are encrypted using a minimum of 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which ensures your credit card details are processed safely. Our online payment provider is SagePay, one of the leading payment service providers and our merchant bank is Streamline.
We accept UK registered credit or debit cards; by this we mean the billing address where you receive your card statement needs to be within the United Kingdom.
We also accept payment from your PayPal account. However, if you’re paying by PayPal, we can only deliver to the registered or confirmed address for that account.
For added security and reassurance to shop with us we have introduced Mastercard® SecureCode™ and Verified by Visa. If you are registered to use these services My Gemstones will not be able to access to your password. This is kept securely with your bank. You enter your password in the same way as you do with your pin in a high street outlet. Basically; it’s an online version of the chip and pin. This service will offer you with further extra protection when shopping online.
From time to time we may contact you by email or telephone to confirm you are the registered card holder before your order is processed.We are pro-active at preventing online fraud to protect both you and our company.
We are unable to accept payment from cards which are registered outside the United Kingdom.

How to order from us...
Ordering online from us is an easy process; once you have added an item to your shopping basket click on ‘view shopping basket’ in the blue bar at the top of the page check the items are correct and press ‘proceed to checkout’ button.
When shopping with us you are not required to register your details. If you decide not to register you simply need to checkout as a ‘Guest’ and choose this option when prompted.
You will then proceed through the checkout stage entering your billing address, this is the address your credit/debit card or PayPal account is registered to and any delivery address should it be different. You can then choose to pay by credit/debit card or PayPal. You will be taken to the relevant secure page to confirm payment.
If you decide to register with us you can login in to track your order and we will save your delivery address for quick ordering should you wish to order again in the future. We do not store your credit card details or PayPal information.
