Our guarantee and promise is quite simple;
All of our items will be delivered as described in our catalogue. Any weights quoted are approximate unless otherwise stated.
Our silver and gold jewellery is legally hallmarked by one of the four assay offices to guarantee its purity.
We use genuine gemstones and our diamonds are conflict free. Some designer sterling silver jewellery will contain cubic zirconia, a synthetic stone.
Finally our jewellery comes fully boxed, ready to be received as a gift.
Returns Policy…
We offer a 21 day guarantee. Therefore if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just simply return the items in their original condition and unworn for a full prompt refund, no questions asked. We do not cover return postage costs.
Due to hygiene reasons, all our earrings are delivered in a clear sealed bag. If you wish to return earrings these must be still in the bag with the seal unbroken. This does not affect your statuary rights.
Delivery Times…
Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days and delivered by recorded delivery where a signature is required upon delivery.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock then this may take a little longer, however, we will do all we can to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. If this is the case we will notify you upon receiving your order and you have the right to cancel should the delivery timescale be unsuitable.
