Our Guarantee…

Our guarantee and promise is quite simple;

All of our items will be delivered as described. Any weights quoted are approximate unless otherwise stated.

Our silver and gold jewellery is legally hallmarked by one of the four assay offices to guarantee its purity.

We use genuine gemstones and our diamonds are conflict free. Some designer sterling silver jewellery will contain cubic zirconia, a synthetic stone.  

Finally our jewellery comes fully boxed in a leatherette case or branded packaging for Chrysalis, Stack Ring Co and D for diamond orders, ready to be received as a gift.

Returns Policy…

20th November onwards - We have now extended our returns / money back guarantee until the 9th January 2012 to cover all Christmas purchases.

We offer a 21 day money back guarantee. Therefore if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just simply return the items in their original condition and unworn for a full prompt refund, no questions asked. We do not cover return postage costs.

Due to hygiene reasons, all our earrings are delivered in a clear sealed bag. If you wish to return earrings these must be still in the bag with the seal unbroken. This does not affect your statuary rights.

Delivery…

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, on many occasions we can dispatch sooner. Delivered by recorded delivery or special delivery by the Royal Mail where a signature is required upon delivery.

We offer FREE delivery on orders of £40.00 or more and for orders under we charge £1.99 delivery.

If the item you have ordered is out of stock then this may take a little longer, however, we will do all we can to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. If this is the case we will notify you by email upon receiving your order and you have the right to cancel should the delivery timescale be unsuitable.

We will only deliver to a UK address with a UK postcode. We can deliver to your home or office, the choice is yours.

Please Note: If you are paying by a PayPal account we can only deliver to the registered or confirmed address for that account.

Last orders for Christmas delivery is 8am on Thursday 22nd December, subject to stock being available.

Orders placed from 23rd December to the 27th December will de dispatched on 28th December subject to us holding stock. We will not be having a delivery from our suppliers until the first week of January.
